Delete your account

You can delete your Villgeo account and its associated personal information at any time. Deletion removes the account and its data — it is not a temporary deactivation.

From inside the app

1. Open the Villgeo app and go to Account Settings → Account → Delete Account.
2. Confirm the request. We'll revoke active sessions, disable sign-in, and remove your public profile right away.

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll verify and process the deletion.

What happens to your data

• Your account access is disabled and your public profile is removed promptly upon a verified request;
• Personal information is generally deleted or deidentified from active systems within 30 days;
• Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten;
• Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
